PROCESSING + SHIPPING
All of our unique items are made to order with lots of care and love; we have 1 to 2 weeks processing time policy before shipping; this ensures we continue creating uniquely handmade garments with the care and patience your order deserves. An email with tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
Our shipping carriers are USPS; we ship First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. They must also be returned with their original packing and all of its contents (if applicable). All sale items are not returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. All exchanges are final. All exchange options are NOT available for international customers.
In order to receive a full refund (minus the shipping cost) or to exchange your order, you MUST ship the returnable items back to us within 10 business days from the day you receive your package. Policy strictly enforced.
